War with Chicago?
I'm curious what the plan for a war with Chicago would be like, mainly for the reformed path. It would be kinda a shame if the final fight with them just became supper underwhelming or something, if the player is already too overpowered for it to really be interesting.

Hmm without MI+ Chicago are destroying by another factions)

And MI don't work good

Something to do with OWB messing with the map. I'm not too sure on it.
