NCR Declared war over territory
I was just starting to get on my feet, when the NCR declared war on me, because of them disputing territory... ON MY CAPITAL. I lost over 6 hours of progress because of this because I was playing on Iron man. Has this happened to anyone else? Because I'm really pissed, because I had no chance. I got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on by their tanks, and the suddenness of it

Not the dev, but was the NCR President Kimball, because if so then it's been a known problem for years at this point. The reason it isn't fixed is because the dev doesn't want to change other countries content due to the Pandora's Box it would open.

It makes sense thst Kimball would hard charge into Nevada and accidentally uncover the Enclave. He ruins many a games that way.

But, yeah I'm looking ways to counter this. It's a work in progress. It actually led to.some of the funny bugs today.
