Because when I have 100 Anderson power nothing changed.
And yes, I never have secretary power more that 2 level
And you need to open macartur asap and send them infantry weapon all time (after a few annexations you will have a lot *bad quality* weapon (for garrison and for help)
I fixed it. From patch notes
Sincere apologies, however I came to the realization that the 180 days for the Chicago events to fire was created under the impression they weren't an issue and not because they events were broken. Only about half an hour ago did I realize that it could ruin a game in less then 2 years in game.
Which is a bit of a problem!
For that, I apologize and apologize for this hotfix. I was hoping to not have to release until next august with any real fixes or improvements, but seeing as how this breaks the game for many, yeah.
Those events now fire once every 360 days. Which is more manageable, though I may shorten in in the future if it proves too easy, but not any time soon.
As a consolation I added in a timeout decision that will light a fire under the Texclave similar to the Legion, though only targeting Texas Nations. That will also time out within a year allowing you to build up Texas's forces before they fire off again.
also added a event to gain wargoals on all southern Nevada Nations and Area 51 for the Purists.
This wont break saves, but wont help any either. Though this will help new games.
