No gain of Bottle Caps?
I have begun my campaign as the Enclave and have gained no bottle caps, i have waited the appropriate 1 month for the receival of the caps but i have gained nothing? Is this a bug or a feature?

Not a problem, something that's been around for years, long before I showed up.

You start gaining caps one you get the event where you have to deal with a budget. basically somewhere there is a thing that says no currency and once you take over Reno and the trade node reopens then you start gaining them.
