Hello, I'm really sorry to bother.. Found a compatibility issue with Pets: Galactic Shops Addon ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=737476529 ). From what I figured from the logs, the problem is that 'voltippet.monstertype' presents in both mods and thus creates conflict. However, with most custom races there was no such issue with that addon, even when they used vanilla monsters (yes, mostly Fennix).
I don't want to complain or something, just wanted to share this information in case it could be important for some people. For now I left that addon unsubscribed for, since these fellas were too interesting and adorable to miss entirely. Really great work :3

aUgh i missed your comment ProstoLyric, apologies! I didn't know that there WAS another mod that added Voltip, though it does make sense that there would be one. I'll see what I can do when I return to this mod.

and @Tacos, I appreciate the enthusiasm but commenting this multiple times won't make me more likely to work on it. You are, however, welcome to work on and upload such an addon yourself!

For now, made a silly replacement for the Pets" Galactic shops addon: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3096745696
Since it hasn't been updated since 2017, i hope, this option for now is viable... All the voltips bought from the Galactic shops will now have properties of Mechits' voltip pets
