One thing to note, it's very important to not quick load while already in game. This might sound odd, but it's an issue with Kenshi (which gets exaggerated with a bunch of mods, like this list) due to the way it's constantly streaming things in/out of cache as you move around the map. If you quick load, then save, quick load again, etc. etc. it will eventually lead to "Zone Corruption".
Ideally, if you need to reload your save (ie. you died or whatever), it's best to fully exit the game to Desktop and reload like that. It's kind of annoying, but a side effect of the way Kenshi *works* lol
What you might need to do is do an Import Game which can probably fix Arach for you. Otherwise, you might have to consult the guide below. It's also generally a good idea to do an Import semi-often with a huge mod list.
An example of when a potential zone corruption happens could be randomly crashing in the same location, for no reason, as well as items starting to duplicate in various crates and such. If you ever go to loot some box and notice *a lot* of duplicated items (like dozens of the same item), it's probably a good idea to do an Import Game.
Below is a very useful guide written by Shidan, which explains more of what I'm talking about.

Thanks for the response, though as I've indicated the issue is solved. I know for a fact it wasn't an issue of zone corruption, it was probably just an issue regarding Kenshi being Kenshi.
Glad you were able to fix it. Thank you for letting me know!
