Well apparently no one that I know has that problem

You could try to search online if other people have the same problem with this or other mods

However, if you go to the files of the mod after you subscribe it, you can see all the files and check if you whether have the latest version of EU4 version and/or if all the files are there (including the descriptor.mod file).

You can also try unsubscribing while the launcher is active and resubscribing, and then wait for a bit

You can also try to unsubscribe from all your owned mods (just make sure you've favourited them in order to remember and later on resubscribe them) and remove the files "launcher-v2.sqlite" and "dlc_load.json" and the folders "mod" and ".launcher-cache" from your "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/" folder, but it also removes any launcher settings and playsets and the information which mods and DLCs are enabled. After that, you can subscribe to your mods again.
