Reworked some Polish names that sounded awful (one of them was even a swear word that went unnoticed). A major rework of the Polish names (and a coverage of the entire world) will soon be included.

Fixed an Inglis province in France that was supposed to be in (Modern) English.

Fixed a bug where the province of Ladoga Karelia (Północne Przyładogia) didn't change its name in Polish, along with its capital Zvanka (Zwanka).

Fixed a bug where the province of Carmarthenshire (Caerfyrddin) wasn't renaming in Welsh.
