We do not investigate crash reports without the crash report files attached. You can get those from ButterLib or Better Exception Window.

I'm having the same issue. Disabled Diplomacy and issue is resolved. I combed through the comments on nexus and you seem to have stated that this issue was located (and resolved?). I have a saved crash report, located here: https://github.com/tmschutter/bannerlordcrash

@Hangedman. I cant open your file because the service won't work in my region. But if your UIExtenderEx is not updated to v2.4.0, you absolutely should update it.

Anyone have any idea as to why this still happens. I find the game just isn't as fun with out this awesome mod but I can't seem to figure out why I can't open the encyclopedia without diplomacy crashing? Any tips or ideas I haven't tried would be much appreciated. This mod is just too awesome. Above crash report should still stand.

I noticed the update and got super excited. Alas, my game still crashes when I open the encyclopedia. Am I the only one that this happens to? Any clues as to what I can do. This mod really makes the game and I miss it dearly.

Hello Diplomacy friends. I took a long break from the game because I was so bummed about this mod not working. I thought after a few months surely new updates and new versions would fix the problem.

Alas - I have fired up a new game under 1.1.4 and this problem persists. What am I doing wrong? Surely there has to be some way to fix this?

I see others online reporting encyclopedia crashes but not concrete solutions.

Like do I need to wipe clean this game from the computer and start over? How do I even do that? I mean I've tried to reinstall but nothing seems to work.

The crash occurs whenever I click on a hero in the encyclopedia. Essentially I can't view any hero without a crash.

I do not have a solution for it, however I can reaffirm that the problem still persists.

After several test iterations I concluded that it is most likely not a conflict with other mods as the bug can be reproduced using only base game features on a fresh installation. Of course there is still the possibility that it is incompatible with one of it's 4 dependencies, but that would be impossible to prove.

this is a common bug in the game itself and anything can cause it for example with no mods it has a 50-50 chance of happening at random and that chance is the same with mods added in my testing it happens if you switch windows in it too fast as in do it for more than say 5 or 6 chars within it a way to stop it is count how many times you have changed person in the encyclopedia then exit said menu and save then repeat never going over 4-5 people at once have not had a crash happen since i started doing this in over 20 hrs of game time in one go
