in case you were wondering this is broken for everyone. Spent multiple real days winning a civil war all for nothing. Literally game breaking to put in a feature like that that doesnt even work.

Probably I am stuck with a bug because I have executed Caladog. I am playing a new save without Diplomacy

I'm experiencing the same thing. I have eagle rising on. Took out Raghea and my roman faction is still a rebel faction even though I've wiped the southern empire out almost entirely and forced them into peace from war exhuastion. But still stuck as a rebel kingdom. Now I'm at peace with everyone and can't declare war on anyone to be able to further my expansion.

@Ryan_Kerensky I stopped playing Banerlord weeks ago mate. It is just a pure garbage when you compare with Warband. Even the mods can't make this game a man with current situation.
