I have one pawn who for some reason has 0 recovery. Genes or other effects that give flat heat recovery do nothing. The only way I've found to get this above zero is to use dev mode, grant 20 levels and spend them literally all into upgrading to finally see a minuscule amount of recovery. I have found no way to remove psycasts to try and restart to see if its a pawn specific error. Removing the psylink does nothing, reset just sets them back to no points spent. How do I completely remove psycasts from a pawn? No other pawn has had this problem so far so that leads me to believe it may be a mod specific race or gene issue.
