I have a pawn who chose the Harmonist path. First unlocked the psychic guidance psycast, and then the transmute stone psycast. Psychic guidance is available for the pawn to use, but transmute stone is not. I have tried reloading the game. In general, I've had not problems with multiple psycasts in other trees.
