It is hard to remember all the stats of all the abilities I have added to my psycasters, sometimes I can't even remember which ability is which. This would solve the problem, it seems to already be implemented in non-small mode so it should be possible. Though I am not familiar enough with Rimworld modding to know if there is some fundamental difference between big and small mode here.
