Haven't tried it myself but I figure its safe to assume kathun and it try to eat one another?

I think so. Cities, races, armor, guns n etc will mess up badly and crashes will be constant (if it even starts with these both mods).

It can make the city layouts a bit weird but they don't conflict as much as you might expect but you can wonder into many empty cities though i imported a save and unchecked to revive dead npcs and it seemed to work.
