Negatory my dude. Although if @Johnny Boy could package it into a Zeus/Eden module as well, then it could be possible to run it from Zeus. I think....
I've been able to end busted missions that way, by selecting "End mission" from the modules list and dragging it in. Wonder if it could work with Sog AI. Zeus is fantastic for working around all sorts of other mission bugs.

Unless it is added at some point, it's best to avoid using SOG AI on mods which aren't confirmed to be compatible, idk if pausing SOG AI helps when leaving a mission, but it's probably also better to not play a scenario in multiple sittings.
