SOG AI updated. Changes:
- Fixed Point Man refusing to move up or down steep slopes (hopefully for real this time! Thanks @Panther42_2002.)
- Added cba option "Enable Desperate Escape in Across The Fence" (thanks @Polski_Sebek1)
- Fixed bug where Lay Dog command fails if CBA mod not loaded (thanks @mkalireza )

To improve survivability of team in Across The Fence I made the following changes:

- When breaking contact, team places more claymores
- When breaking contact, team uses more smoke to obscure escape
- When breaking contact, AI may pick up an incapacitated AI buddy and move him forward before healing him. This reduced team members bogged down at back of pack when trying to break contact.
