No missions + Avatar glitch
After the first mission any missions besides retaliation missions would not spawn. Additionally, after about a month into the game Avatar project progress bar and cutscene pops up even though it's supposed to only after you liberate a region. Wtf is this? I can't do anything besides sit on Avenger.

additonally, on the screen where you assign your resistance orders and ♥♥♥♥ you should be able to see dark events. but you can't. there's nothing. but they appear anyway if you go to dark events section or just play long enough for them to kick in. tried reinstalling the mod. still the same thing

fixed. put some rebels on intel in your haven management.
