All the chosen are dead.
I have all the contacts and installed all the antenna.
I have the avatar body.
My crews are kitted out pretty damn well.
My ship is all upgraded.
On the resistance contacts screens show two dots on one country (two lib missions done) and one with the antenna that looks crossed over.
The shadow chamber has stopped at need to complete other things before the avatar project or some such crap.

I cannot get the damn fourth lib mission to pop. I am getting bored and frustrated.

What can I do?
