Update - September 2014 - Ongoing - reducing tree density and using more 2D trees just beyond the foreground to save on processor. Building Density now becoming issue. Some stutter noticeable where the Map Squares meet. Stutter in Ridgewood, Waldwick and Ramsey.
I'm looking at https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7354887,-74.0307379,307a,20y,90h,41.7t/data=!3m1!1e3 and panning around and...I think it might be doable. Hope you aren't in a hurry!

The thing that made me decide to go for something as insane as this is the thought of how awesome it would be running scenarios into and out of that terminal...I *have* to build it, you understand. It just needs to be done.
I expect lots of "fun" trying to figure out how to get this stuff into TS, but I'm positive it's going to happen :D

Thought I'd be done by now, but I've spent all day trying to bake the high-poly maps to the low-poly model. Meh, I'll figure it out eventyally; in the meantime, here's a rendering of the high-poly version. Needs some TLC, but it's getting close.
