[BUG] Echo coating doesn't hide the lights on the storage units
see below (because i posted a link to my website that hosts images but it borked)

That's... bizarre. I'm not sure of the specifics, but I think that the Echo coating is treated like paints, so the method used to render the lights still draws.
I'll see if there's a way to remedy this.

Update: Tiles still try to "render" even when invisible from Echo Coating, and the storage components weren't checking for it. This should be fixed in the next hotfix.
