I couldn't add the bug to the document and i'm not joining a discord server just to report a bug so i'll put it here since it's pretty much exactly what this discussion section of workshop was made for:

Holding an item in your inventory for example torches and then going to torches in the crafting interface then picking them up from the crafting interface doesn't remove them from your inventory, duplicating them, doing this repeatedly or (shift + lmb) will give you lots of items very quickly.

This bug was in multiplayer with 2 players total so may be fine in single player not tested it.
