Can't start a new scenario
I'm trying to start a new game, but it just keeps hanging. I also tried uninstalling the mod and reinstalling, but it still hangs.

is the mod broken right now?

Have you tried uninstalling Steam, and reinstalling it? Steam has been the actual problem for me several times. Steam just seems to get corrupted over time.
