If space base how many AU from the star?

How many Yellow blocks are you getting on each of the the panels?

Go into your Statistics tab for the base .. see what your Solar output is.

Single player or MP Server? I have experienced this bug in MP, but I thought they fixed it. I have never had it happen in SP, but I suppose anything is possible with this game.

Im on a planet. The base is inside a mountain the panels a on the side facing East and West

If solar is not enough to maintain power then the capacitors will turn off if you don't have any generators and fuel tanks.

Sounds like you are not near the equator of the planet and also the planet is many, many AU from the sun.

392 w is really not great btw. With all due respect.. that's terrible output.

I'd suggest increasing your wind mill count to 16 total. (this is the max amount btw)

Max out the panels at 24 (edit)

I also suggest changing the orientation of the existing panels. See if you get more "yellow blocks" on the panel by facing them upwards (not east or west)

The maximum number of Solar Panels you can have in RE is 24.
