As the title states could someone be so kind and tell me where is the Advanced Wind Turbine schematic usually found at?


Type of planet it's found on ?

Likely POI it drops in ?

Station you can Purchase it in Colonist or Trader space?

I don't think anyone on my server has found it this play through. (about 65-75 active players). I'm starting to wonder if this thing is like super, exceptionally rare.

Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.
