Are different faction CVs and bases supposed to fight?
I was at a Polaris Supply station in space, and there was a Zirax shipyard 1.3k away, close enough that the shipyard would shoot at me, but not the polaris base or vice versa. Then a Zirax CV came and didn't fight with the Polaris base either. Also a Pirate ship at another base. I thought factions were supposed to fight now?

I don't think the Zirax and the Polaris are actively hostile to each other.

Zirax and Polaris may hate each other, but they're still business partners.

What about Pirates and Polaris? Makes no sense for them not to fight.

I think the Polaris are pretty neutral. They will do business with anyone.

You will see Zirax and Colonists fight each other (CVs and bases.)

I thought I saw a zirax ship fighting a colonist station once but then later decided it was trying to shoot me and missing. I was never really sure if colonists and zirax were hostile to each other, but it always felt like they were
