playing single player off line. i've run through this POI a few dozen times now(don't ask)

The core on the abandoned factory only blows up about 50 percent of the time i flip the switch. i get both explosions, but the second doesn't take out the core, seems only some of the explosive blocks are detonating, its less spectacular. This leaves you trapped in the little room with the kill switch. you can't shoot the core cause the heavy glass is still intact and blocks your shot, and trying to get out of that room, well i did it once by bouncing around for about 10+ minutes and getting lucky, so not practical. unless your brought a bunch of timed charges to take out the damaged steel block at your feet, you are trapped.

a search said one of the blocks in the switch room should be destroyable with a regular gun. damned if i can find it. Did it get replaced or am i blind? probably blind... if it is there i think it needs to be more obvious atleast.

The room with all the constructors, and the tunnel where the cave in is, has the ground glitching through the walls, shimmering, its very annoying, and ive seen it on some youtubers, so i know its not just me and my settings, plus its not like its every POI. any chance this can get fixed?

any chance we can get a short cut out of ventalation area past the constructors(switch behind the boarding ramp), kinda annoying to have to back track all the way through the turret room... or did i miss something oobvious again?

Are there really only 2 ultra rares in here? i swore there were 3 but its been a while. Either way can only find two now.
