its in \Program files(x86)\steam/steamapps/workshop/content/383120. the folder is 2550354956
you copy the entire folder into \Program files(x86)\steam/steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\content\scenarios
be sure to rename the folder from 2550354956 to reforged eden
if you still have problems open the file Order.txt in the scenario folder and add it to the top of the list, so it reads something like
Reforged Eden
Rise of the Dark Faction
Invader vs Defender - Conflict of Cygnus
if it still doesn't work, i'm sorry but you are likely going to have to wait for eleon to fix whatever it is they broke.

I moved the following screnarios into a backup directory:
Invader vs Defender - Conflict of Cygnus
Rise of the Dark Faction
Shadows of Starlight
Stranded at Nemesis (Survival Challenge)
I imagine one of them was bugging the game out.
I've tried resubscribing to RE but it didn't make the file appear in the content folder.
My old RE survival save still works, but I cannot make new games. Any ideas or am I out of luck?
That's ... odd.
The only thing that occurs to me at the moment, and it doesn't make much sense, but did you install steam or Empyrion to a directory other than the default?
if you start steam, right click empyrion and select "manage > browse locale files". where is it taking you?

you can also do a search on your computer for 2550354956 which is the Steam id for reforged Eden. if it successfully downloaded it, windows should be able to tell you where. I don't imagine you will have more than one folder with that name, but it will have a .jpg with the reforged eden logo when you find the right one.
After I change difficulty settings and return to the create game screen, the world name has changed to Atlon, the size to small, and with no description of what that world is like. If I ask it to create the game, it gets to the loading screen after the Reforged Eden one, then hangs. No error message.
