Access the console on top of the container near the bottom of the antenna.

What do you mean?
You access the console while the mission is active and what happens?

Think i understand, i was stuck on this too, didnt realize there was a thing on top of the container, so kept opening container inventory untill i read this, checked again, and found sticking cursor around centre of top of the container gives the option to plug in.
