Freedom Fighter question
I'm at the step after the drone base where I need to return to the water tank, but Khalad didn't appear when it said to talk to him. I thought maybe it was because I had to go back to the planet I originally started the quest on (I started on Roggery, but that planet doesn't have a drone base, so I did the drone base part on Akua), but I have no idea how to actually find the 'Ruined Water Tank' POI. Since the objective is now to talk to Khalad, there's no waypoint, and the POI doesn't seem to actually show up on the map or radar like normal.

Is it possible to go back a quest stage to get the map marker to show up? Or skip it and move on to the next one? I know at some point it was possible to click on the unchecked box of a quest objective to force-complete it and move on, but that doesn't seem to be possible (or at least it's not working in this case).
