Yup, and that should have nothing to do with Gens only reporting 0.2kw. When I have have 4 Adv Gens and 4 Fusion reactors on my CV, it should be reporting like 3mw, regardless of CPU setting or number of items using power.
However, you missed the part where I had reported that removed everything that required power, but the CPU and with a SV that 18 - Adv Gens on it was only reporting 0.1kw, it still said I was using 176% of the power output.
I also just spoke to a server owner that I play on frequently and he indicated this past weekend their wipe, to W & I, was supposed to happen. He had to cancel, as they had the same issue with Gens and thrusters. They had to cancel and work on importing back the base gens and thrusters from the previous releases of RE. As the W & I, ones were really bugged.
That's due to being over CPU.
Since when does the CPU use over 4.5mw on a CV and 40kws on a SV? Again. please read my orginal post. When I PULLED all ITEMS using power except for the CPU, the power still reported that it was 0.1kw and using 176%.
Unless you all disable CPU settings under W & I, then when I turn off CPU, all this should be a mute point.
So, how does the CPU, when game setting is CPU = off, use that much power when it is the only item requiring power? All the CPU requirements should disappear?
Either remove devices, add more extenders, or turn CPU off in your game options.
for instance if you gen can supply 100 and you are over CPU by 40% your gen will only supply 60
you are over by 176% so you gens will supply effectively 0
you need to remove all your gens as they are adding to your CPU overload.
