Like the quest log says first you need 3m credits, once you have 3 million credits, select the mission in your PDA and then activate it.
Next, go to a system that is inside the territory bubble of "The forge" Just for refrence for you and anyone else, on the galactic map select territory options on the left and the forge is a big light orange color, and systems within it are orange dots.
Once at a system that is inside the forge territory, on your system map look for a white space station, not a polaris light orange one, but specifically a white one while IN polaris space.
Warp to this white station and the quest should update, but you will then need to go to the distribution center which is always at a white station location inside faction space, from there the quest will tell you what to do next.
You also need to do the project Eden prologue mission
After completing it stuff wont properly progress for me, for some reason i have "the infected" twice in my PDA and the corrupted database also did not unlock like it was supposed to.
Not really sure how to describe it so here are some screenshots:

You can ignore the missions that won't go away. It's due to the way the pda works on a server, missions cannot be hidden again once shown.
You're not missing anything, literally.
That corruption entry is actually just a pda mission that is supposed to become hidden, but on a server it doesn't. next update I removed those.
