Disappearing Bases
I do not know how to describe this but it seems that the ground on planets is always rendering. when this happens bugs disappear and reappear sometimes while in containers while in a ship cockpit the base i'm transferring to disappears. when this happens everything reappears in seconds. I have never experienced this in Vanilla and it is costing massive losses from inventory.

Single player or on a server?
if it's a server then are you the admin?
Is the game mode survival or creative?
