No longer works. It can not rotate. Tested in survival and in creative. Normal, non-retractable version still rotates OK.

Tested retractable one both in normal level position with other turrets, and on its own, placed right on top of ship so it is not obstructed by anything.

Have not tested drill turret, so do not know if there is same issue there, I am a mining drill man myself.
