Grumman E-1B Tracer on not showing up on PenguinO's ATC
hey i tried to get the IFF codes to show up on PenguinO's ATC towers but it didnt show up. i tried his portable ATC and his SSR systems as well. yes i turned the IFF system on, all 3 modes, and yes i kept mode 1 on for modes 2 and 3. i tried the other Grumman planes aswell with no luck. what am i doing wrong? is the ATC tower broken or the Grumman IFF radios or am i just doing something wrong? this is about the IFF radio and not the decoder.

The BaconSamwich XD, well sure enough I goofed! I had to make this particular aircraft shutoff its Transponder momentarily while it was transmitting it's IFF interrogation, and of course I hooked up the the wrong thing, then forgot to test it :steamfacepalm:
Thanks for your help in bringing it to my attention, it is now fixed!

P.S. As a note (I never mentioned this in the tutorials), Mode 2 always supersedes Mode 3. By which I mean, if you have Mode 2 'on', Mode 3 will not work until Mode 2 is 'off'.

P.P.S. I few months back i upgraded the Trackers quite a bit and apparently screwed up the wiring for the Transponder(s). I'm fixing them right now.

The BaconSamwich XD, alright everything has been fixed (and tested this time) on both the Trackers and Tracer, the COD aircraft seemed to work already.
