Is there a better way for me to post it maybe uploading the file somewhere? Also I could include the world save itself.

The only other mod I am using is build vision.
The server did not get the v1.2 update, but your client has. If you try to place either of the new buildings (synthetic factory and chemical refinery) your client will crash.
We updated our dedicated server by copying the industry overhaul mod folder from one of the crashing clients and pasting it into the dedicated server mod folder, over-writing the old version. I'm sure there's a simpler way to force the server to update but we couldn't figure it out.
Also try loading that world without the mod, saving+quitting, then re-adding the mod and loading it again to see if the problem persists. Long shot, but it may be something specific to that particular save has stored data relating to that block
I tried your idea, of removing the mod, entering the world and, I'm going to try this again but the problem is that it removes everything I've built. in the world. and that is a problem, you'll see why. and it still doesn't fix the issue. I really appreciate your help on this.
Seems like that's a blanket setting that, if it's off, stops SE from loading definitions for any gases, including modded ones, and so the fuel refinery throws an exception because it can't find the IDs for its output gases.
I actually ran into this problem when I was making the trailer for the mod, had oxygen off for performance (which I guess is why you have it off as well). Should have remembered that sooner heh
