There's no bookmark that does that, and mortals can almost never hold landed titles (the only exception are cultists who worship mummies or demons).

I see. Every ruler is some super ancient vampire. It would be nice to have a rare number of vampires at least. Mortal rulers would be easily influenced so real battle would be among the vampires or something like that.
