Playing as the sole vampire?
Can i make my character the only vampire in the game so all other rules remain human? Thanks.

There's no bookmark that does that, and mortals can almost never hold landed titles (the only exception are cultists who worship mummies or demons).

I see. Every ruler is some super ancient vampire. It would be nice to have a rare number of vampires at least. Mortal rulers would be easily influenced so real battle would be among the vampires or something like that.
