im like 90% sure the dev accidentally swapped the crouched and standing positions for the pistols and is doubling down on it saying he did it on purpose. If you look at a lot of other TFA pistols they are held at an angle when you crouch and then vertically when you stand, water's pistols are all the reverse of that. I hate it so much I literally refuse to add any of them to my server.
