The scopes is a TFA base issue for those coming here looking for answers or confused. The original TFA base was removed and others have reuploaded older bases and then there's 2 popular TFA bases that are somewhat competing,
one recently removed the option for 3D scopes which this base requires so that is what most likely is causing the black scopes. But it's not giving black scopes to everyone so it's either a user problem with their graphics. or just switch to another base which has 3D scope option left.

how do i make the tfa ads the same as the original m9k ads for snipers (i dont want them in a 3d way, is that possible?)

Ryxis It's not messed up, it's an intentional thing. However a lot of people complained about it a year back or so and he's kinda stood his ground on not returning it to the way it was originally made, or giving users the option.

it had a higher recoil than the USAS-12 in the original M9K pack.

[TFA Base] Weapon M4A1 (tfa_m4a1) is abusing ClearStatCache function from Think2! This will lead to really bad performance issues, tell weapon's author to fix it ASAP!

Intended as so; Rebalanced everything as the original versions were all over the place in terms of damage and such and I re-aligned everything to make the weapons feel similar so the metas aren't as clear cut and more about preference.

Not sure what is going on there with that, I'd make sure to check that your install of TFA redux is there and also check that you don't have TFA SV2 installed as they heavily conflict
