FINALLY fixed extreme scope zoom. Bug was due to old code from the old weapon base. Adjusted some attachment and weapon stats. Re-tuned several weapon firing sounds.

Updated several shotgun attachments. Re-added canted Aim functionality. Updated damage numbers to a small handful of weapons. Fixed extreme zoom on scope bug again (hopefully)
