why can't you convert blackholes, pulsar or neutron into phanon stars?
using a megastructure, you can convert a regular star in a single star system into a phanon pylon star, and later the stellarite pylon star, which allows you to build ridiculously powerful megastructure around those, but for some reason, you cannot convert blackholes, puslar or neutrons.

Yes I agree. This would be huge. Because I would hate to have to make a sub mod for stellar manipulation that lets you reverse a black hole or neutron. Or do what void frame does. You infuse a black hole with runic/stellarite power.
