School Cost not Updating
Hi,

I just started a new save, the mod was working correctly. I had both school options selected with a 1x multiplier. I was changing the multiplier to see the differences in population. Restarting the game though returned the vanilla costs for buildings (the new student capacity is the same however). I've tried enabling and restarting but this hasn't seemed to fix it.
