The Altamid swarm was activated, invaded my space, and was destroyed.

An entry in the Situation Log continued to say that the Necro Cloud system needs to be investigated for pirate activity.

The planet Altamid is listed as enemy but cannot be interacted with. It is also unsurveyed and cannot be surveyed. There are currently science ships from half a dozen different empires repeatedly surveying the planet to no avail.
