I'm using Lyra v4.1.3
I discovered a new Starsystem and build a Starbase. This works fine. But it didn't Show the Build Options in the Contextmenu of this Star. If i klick on a planet with ressources there's no build Option. This changes after a (random) researche finishes. But after some time, it isnt possible again. M.- or R.-Building will break up with a Message thats not possible to built Stations. I know this behavoir only if someone finish his Starbase bevor you.

Internetuser - we don't railroad events like that if there's a suitable game mechanic to do the same thing. E.g. players can just build a cube and send it to Wolf 359 without needing a prompt to do so.
Sadly it is no longer possible to build Mining\Research-Stations with the new Update.

Question: So I had a science vessel go missing with a joined trill scientist, and the when I went in to get another symbiont it showed the missing symbiont as active and did not change when it went missing. Is this in error?

1) You can get events involving nations you haven't established contact with. For example, I got an event involving the Tellarites while I was still attempting First Contact with them.
2) Certain events are over-tuned. Terra Prime spawned with a fleet more powerful than my strongest fleet and took 60% of my planets, while the Khannate spawned in with an 8k power fleet and immediately shot to the top of the victory list.
3) Certain events have too-short timers and strange spawn conditions. Special projects consistently have lower timers than their vanilla counterparts despite travel taking longer. In particular, the khannate event spawned at the edge of my nation after I had just formed the Federation, putting it out of range of my fleets.
There’s also no patrol happening as in other clusters—only a complete reset of the “Mycelial Network Exploration.”
On top of that, I’m ending up with a ridiculous number of outposts at my HQ from the exploration offering them, but despite showing the “upgrade outpost” option, none of them can actually be upgraded.
It might be that you've retired the ships?
The mycelial situation should transition into a patrol variant.. I'll take a look for Mondays patch.
However, playing as the Elachi I’ve run into more issues. When I reach stage IV of the Mycelial Network exploration, I’m presented with an apparent option to side with the entities inside the network or not. But the actual choice never appears, despite the warning message about patience from them.
To make matters worse, the "Explore Mycelial Network" situation disappears completely, along with all of my assigned scientists. If I re-activate the situation from the "Exploration Actions" menu, it reappears in the "Situations Overview" — still with my scientists — but it has reset back to level 1, forcing me to start over.
I’m honestly very confused.
the only mods i'm running have nothing to do with flags, however, and are mostly utility mods to improve or tweak specific graphics and ui.
Not sure that there's anything specific going on with the Elachi leader traits...
On the Kavakvidya Heavy Weapons Platform for the Elachi, one of the medium (red) weapon slots is bugged on the upgraded second variant of the ship hull and cannot be filled.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior, but when playing as Elachi I’m getting an absurd number of negative traits on nearly every leader. This happens even though I’ve heavily invested in attributes like Doctor, Aptitude traditions, and even species genetics traits that are supposed to reduce negatives (I’m not certain if those effects stack). Still, the sheer amount of negativity these leaders pick up feels excessive.
