Necro Cloud / Altamid Bug
The Altamid swarm was activated, invaded my space, and was destroyed.

An entry in the Situation Log continued to say that the Necro Cloud system needs to be investigated for pirate activity.

The planet Altamid is listed as enemy but cannot be interacted with. It is also unsurveyed and cannot be surveyed. There are currently science ships from half a dozen different empires repeatedly surveying the planet to no avail.

Hmm, if you have a save game that'd be useful. :)

I had the same issue, land an army and invade the planet Altamid, this finishes the event chain.

Same here, and as Captain said, invade the planed and it will fix itself. Also, I hate this event, becaus it will fire up when I play as Romnulans, Klingons or even Dominion which is very annyoning.
