The latest update seems to have broken this mod.. Patients get stuck at the check in and doctors never call them into the offices..

New requirements in Regular wards don't appear in room equipement list unlike HDU where they appear in yellow when missing.

It's in internal medecine department.

Sometimes the patient entirely wait for some procedure that maybe already performed (Temperature Measurement, Blood Pressure, etc.) and prevent patients from being discharged. I have to discard it manually to let the patient discharged.

My save files can't open anymore. Within the "load game" screen, their preview image on the right also shows up as completely blank (white).

Edit: It seems to work fine today, I'm not sure why.

Hello, I have the same issue than Mikamurakaoru... my hospital began to lose a lot of money and I had warnings about "no room free" and a lot of collapses... I realised it was because the patients didn't get out at 8h00 and stayed in bed, with some exams (not available manually) programmed, not performed, and a lot of patients not cured at all (explaining the amount of collapses :D ). And my staff is playing solitaire on their computers in theirs rooms... It is hard to give détails because the exams are not the same in the différents departments, for example : a lot of temperature and blood pressure in internal medecine, orthopedy it's essentially physical exam and talking... etc... Hope you'll find the problem because it is a great idea! (sorry for my english).

You should check, if all your wards has the following conditions:

Regular wards and HDU wards now require the following additional items in order to be functional:

- CRP Scan
- Disinfectant Dispenser / Lab Sink / Kitchen Sink / Sink
- Defibrillator Wall / Defibrillator
- Equipment Cabinet / Equipment Cabinet Tall / Mobile Equipment Cabinet / Wall-mounted Equipment


There seems to be a bug that the game does not show that these things are necessary for this mod. But if you place these things in your wards, then it works like intended.

I don't have this issue with my game, this is weird. I need more information. Is it all departments? All exams or some exams? Are these doctors you're controlling in doctor mode? Have you tried disabling the mod and seeing if the problem persists?

Regular Wards doesn't have Equipment Cabinet and CRP Scan as a requirement. Making not putting them down in Regular Wards and easy thing to forget, I realised it when I keep getting 'Waiting too long for examination' alerts, putting CRP and a Cabinet fixed it.

This is something I had in previous versions of the mod. I'll bring it back as this very well may be why so many people think this mod is broken.

yo i really love this mod ，but Differential Diagnosis still not working ,the doc still do a lot of stupid tests, pls fix this problem to make the mod better :D (yeah fk my english)
