hi, are all patients going through the ER? I do not mean the ambulance with Traumacenter. I mean the doctor offices. Or are they going, with opening of new departments directly to these through the reception? I ask, because i play with mods adding more insurances. With this more patients. And i try to find out how much space i need for the doctors offices. Another question is: how is the doctor ratio here? I read often 1:10-12. But if i see my past hospitals i had a ratio of 1:6 with perfect trained doc...

It is starting to annoy me, that I need to build a waiting room for every single departement, some even a separate reception............. Why can't my medical building or hospital, have ONE waiting room and ONE reception? Is there any way to connect that somehow ?!...

I love this game, I really do, but there are times where it just drive me nuts. All I want to do is move a desk over one block. But because the secretary is currently using a computer on the desk, I can't move it. I literally have to fire the secretary in order to move the desk. Imagine firing an employee because they are sitting at a desk you want to move a few inches. Just.... Imgagine. Ughhhh ahhh...

is it possible to reset all objectives of the insurance companies? I downloaded a modded hospital as a scenario and wanted to progress through the furbished hospital. It is unstaffed but ingame the scenario starts on day 300 and all insurace objectives were already done. So is there a way to reset them to play through them again?...

I have completed the insurance goals and now must complete my first random event. However, it will not trigger. I have a fully functioning hospital, All departments working both day and night, both clinic and hospitalization, I have 6 ambulances, a helicopter, and have waited well over 300 days. Have tried removing mods that I have played with without any issues in the past. started new games. verified the game files. I have also tried to reinstall the game, and still nothing. I am at a loss here...
