Capital Ships disapear from construction menus
I have had this happen twice now in 2 separate games.
- Its is specifically every ship above the victory 2 in cost
- I am playing the grand layout random spawn
- It has happened around 100 weeks
- I was playing empire
- Its not a filter problem
- It just kinda happened while in the galaxy map both times

You failed a KDY mission, you lose access to KDY ships for a period of time.

if u missing built ships or troops sometime the mechanise ship/fleet will take them with them along there trip
