MY GAME WON'T LOAD MODS
for some reason my FOC won't play any of my mods, after reinstalling the game after a hiatus my already created non-steam game mod shortcuts no longer worked, putting mod codes into the advanced game launch options doesn't work and deleting and recreating non-steam games for the mods doesn't work either. for some reason when i do make these non-steam games none of the info will save when I edit the properties, I think this is a part of the problem, if anyone knows a solution let me know.

Hi I don't understand the above at all, but did you :

1. Buy and install https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/app/32470/STAR_WARS_Empire_at_War__Gold_Pack/ from steam (not via CD!) ?

2. Subscribe to the mod and let it install?

3. Add the "Steammod=...." line from the Description tab above to FoC/Gold pack (Properties > General > Launch options) ?

4. Press the green PLAY button for FoC/Gold pack in steam to start it ?

The above should work to start the mod. If not, you should use the steam option to verify your game files/cache.

yeah i've done all that how do i see my game files and cache

Right click game in steam > Properties > Installed files > "Verify integrity of game files".

There are also other threads as well regarding steam issues in this forum that might help you further.

Make sure you have your game set to launch with forces of corruption and not empire at war gold edition, as the mod will only launch if you select forces of corruption as the launch option. at least thats how it was for me
