Buying them from this Essosi in the tavern whom you can hire to train them in a town of your choice or you can buy them in Qohor (the town)(Like the Axe Guard in Norvos or the Andals in Rhyos)
You can get hundreds of unsullied this way
@Bitter End: Do you just get Unsullied this way? In that case Qohor would be too overpowered because the recruitement only costs 800 for around 10 troops (at least with the Freelancers) and they don't cost upkeep (yeah I know 1 coin...)
Yea, thats how I got 200+ unsullied but then left Qohor to join the Targaryens. Qohor should be op cuz of this but the lords in the faction never seem to have more than ~30 unsullied
